We have no desire to be a high-volume or tract builder. This means you work directly with the principles of Peach Tree Homes , not a construction manager or superintendent. Our construction starts with a type C modified engineered slab foundation (structurally warranted) rather than cut costs with the cheaper, quick post tension cable type foundations often found in high-volume tract home developments. Why? We don't believe your home's foundation is any place to cut costs. DESIGN/BUILD:   Not everyone is comfortable with an "off the shelf" licensed architect. We design the home to meet your needs and wants. You don't have to have a reproduction of a home down the street. Your home is designed to fit your budget on the land or lot of your choice, including the style and features you want.


VALUE:   How much do we charge by the square foot? A fair question that we hear often. Our homes consistently appraise at the highest value. Our engineered approach cuts the costs of mistakes oversights, and rework.
